Rick Fulford performed a Capital City Schutzhund protection dog demonstration during the official opening of the new leash free zone located in Cedarvale Park on Sunday afternoon. The day raised awareness of dog care, socialization, and benefits of leash-free zones. The Georgetown zone is less than an acre size plot of land between Silver Creek and the Halton Region Water Treatment Plant and will be monitored by the citizens' group HH-Dog.
