Getting the urge to go outside without all the gear? Ya, who isn't? At the Spring & Summer 2006 Fashion Show and Dinner Fundraiser, an excellent dining outing will delight us into spring mode with perks such as lots of valuable door prizes, draws and more. The fashions will be awesome and affordable! Although the focus is on the ladies, gentlemen are welcome and will be in attendance. It will beheld on Thursday, March 30. Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. and the fashion show at 8 p.m. The venue, Glencairn Golf Club, Regional Rd 25, is out of this world and just 10 minutes from Georgetown, Acton and Milton. Plan an outing with a friend or a few friends, maybe fill a table of 10! Tickets are $55 per person. This three-course meal dinner outing also provides a $50 gift certificate from Studio 49 for each ticket holder for the showcased fashions and a $15 certificate from Esthetically Speaking. If you need new spring/summer clothes why not see what there is, have a fun and entertaining night out and support good programs in the process. Proceeds from this Rotary Club of Georgetown event will support Habitat for Humanity and other local projects, plus Willow Park Ecology Centre's education programs and park stewardship.
