MURRAY, Gordon "Caveman" The family of Gord Murray sadly announces his passing with family by his side at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, Tuesday January 23rd, 2007, at age 53. Gordon Murray loving father of Blaine and Clarke who are still at home. Dear son of Marjorie (Doll) and the late RSM Kenneth Murray. Brother of Marilyn, Lois (Marshal Peake), Susan (Malcolm McMillan), Pat (Pat Eggleton), Rob, Marie (Albert Poelstra), Donald (Cuc Dang) and Shirley (David Lasby). Uncle to 21 nieces and nephews and great uncle to 15 nieces and nephews. Gord was a great sports enthusiast playing and coaching minor hockey in Acton and devoutly cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Argonauts. Friends will be received at the Blue Springs Funeral Home, Acton, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be in the funeral home chapel Friday, January 26th, 2007 at 2 p.m. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Acton. Remembrances may be made to the Acton Minor Hockey Association or the Canadian Cancer Society. Blue Springs Funeral Home, Acton 519-8532399
