Full Text

Robin danced into our lives on October 19th, 1992 and on October 25th, 2006 one week after her 14th birthday danced peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer. She was at home surrounded by the love and support of her family - Betty Ann, Chuck and Dale, Elaine and Liz. Robin was the sparkle of our lives. She was an accomplished dancer, athlete, animal lover, and her infectious smile touched everyone she met.

Thank you to the Doctors and staff at the Hospital for Sick Children and Princess Margaret Hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Pappo, Dr. Gupta, and Mary for their heartfelt care.

Zenna's zest and enthusiasm throughout Robin's illness provided Robin's soul with strength and vitality. We are grateful for our family and friends, including Grandma and Grandpa McPherson, and Granny and Grandpa Barhydt. All our love to Credit View School, Halton Hills School of Dance and Pegasus Dance Studios - your love and support has helped us through this very difficult time. Robin, we know that you are dancing, singing and having a crazy time in your new life. We love you Robin and miss you terribly. A celebration of Robin's life will take place on Sunday October, 29th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm at The Old Tea House at the Terra Cotta Inn, 185 King Street, Terra Cotta. Please feel free to make a donation to the cancer charity of your choice - so that all may dance!
