           BAKER, Maurice John -- after a brief illness on Friday, March 17, 2000 at Lakeridge Health, Port Perry, at age 84. Maurice Baker, beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Millson). Loving father of Janice and her husband Vytas, Grant and Mary Jane and Mary and her husband John. Dear grandfather of Paul, Ellen and her husband Jonathan, Glen, Brett, Michael and Sean. Cherished great-grandfather of Dylan, Haley and Emma. Survived by his sister Helen Baker of Bowmanville and predeceased by his sisters Muriel Johnson and Kathleen Smales and his brother Tom Baker. Maurice was manager of Scotsdale Farm of Georgetown for many years, raising pure-bred cattle there and later he pursued a successful career in Real Estate in Port Perry. A private family funeral service was held in the Wagg Funeral Home "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", Port perry, Ontario on Monday, March 20th at 1p.m. with Reverend Robert Le Page officiating. Interment Pine Cove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
