The Late William Algie's Will
The will of the late William Algie, of the Beaver Woollen Mills, at Alton, has been admitted for probate. The document is a very brief one containing only one page of typewritten matter. The two sons of the deceased are not mentioned in the will. Deceased left property amounting to $87,000 of which $48,929 is personalty and $37,960 realty. All the property is equally divided between the widow and the four daughters of the deceased, Mrs. Dorrington, Mrs. McIntyre, Mrs. Amos Mason and Miss Phoebe Algie, with the exemption of a legacy of $500 which is bequeathed to Miss Margaret Moore, forewoman, for faithful services.
