Full Text
For several years Duncan Stalker has been in poor health. It was not to be wondered at, therefore, when he was attacked with pneumonia last week that in his enfeebled condition he succumbed in a few hours. He died on Good Friday morning. The funeral was held on Monday and was conducted by Rev. J. C. Wilson, B.A., and Rev. H. A. Macpherson, of Toronto. Duncan Stalker was the son of the late John Stalker, Sr., and was born on the farm where he died. He never married. He was a man of very quiet disposition but withal made many friends. He was a member of Knox Church and a Liberal in politics.
