An Oakville Man Fatally Shot
A. H. Porter, of Oakville, a third year arts student, who was acting as fire ranger for the Provincial Government in the Mississauga Reserve, was accidentally shot and killed on that reserve last week. Mr. Porte was 26 years of age and considered a thoroughly efficient ranger. He was a son of the late Capt. Porte, who dropped dead in London several years ago, and was spending his third year as ranger.
