Died in Her Young Womanhood.
The home of Mr. William Swackhamer, of Esquesing - until half a dozen years ago, a resident of Acton - is desolate owing to the death last Friday evening of Edna Beatrice, the eighteen year old daughter. Miss Swackhamer has been in poor health for some time, and having contracted a severe cold, it affected her heart and that organ failed in its function about four o'clock on the afternoon named. This bereavement is very keenly felt by Mr. and Mrs. Swackhamer. Their daughter was just merging into her young womanhood and was dearly loved by all. General sympathy is felt for the bereaved family. A memorial service will be held in the Congregational Church, Churchill, of which deceased was a member, next Sunday afternoon.
