Full Text
After a long illness with much suffering, death came to Mary Lasby, the beloved wife of Elder William Crewson, at their home in Huntsville, on Sunday morning last. She was in her 64th year, and left her husband, three sons and a daughter, Mrs[?]. Joseph Crewson, Teacher in the Cornwall Collegiate Institute; Mr. Norman Crewson of Gloversville, N.Y., and Mrs. E. B. Nicklin, Georgetown, to mourn her demise. For many years Mrs. Crewson was an esteemed resident of this place and she leaves many friends here, who unite in sympathy for the bereaved husband. Deceased was the daughter of the late Oliver Lasby, sr., of Acton. The funeral cortage passed through here yesterday morning en route from Acton to the family plot at Everton Cemetery, where the remains were tenderly laid to rest.
