Death of an Old Settler.
On Sunday last Mr. Robert Richie, of Nassagaweya, one of the oldest settlers of the county, breathed his last. He came to Halton over fifty years ago, from Ireland, and has ever since been a respected resident. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He was the father of seven children, all of whom survive him. Mrs. Levi Lambert, of Church street, is a daughter. The funeral yesterday was largely attended.
